Bio
Shasta is a beautiful gray wolf with light buff and white fur. She was rescued from private ownership in California and bounced around a bit before finding her permanent home at Wolf Haven in February 2022. Shasta came here to be paired with Grayling, who sadly lost two companions in succession. The pair had an energetic spark almost immediately, and are both very playful with a matching sense of mischief. They are often seen pawing and chasing one another in their enclosure on the public visitor route.
